Description
Pine trees have a very significant meaning in Korean culture and history. They represent longevity, integrity, virtue, honor, strength and wisdom. The pine tree whose wood was used to make the roof for Korea’s oldest existing structure still exists and you can find it at Mt. Bukhan in South Korea. The tree is known to Koreans as sol-namu or “best tree”. The tiny piece of bark for this piece of jewelry was foraged from the grass underneath a magnificent pine tree in Yeouido Hangang Park.
Properties: It’s believed that Korean pine tree seed oil helps with weight loss, however there is not enough scientific data to support this claim.
